Every hunar deserves to be found.
India is full of skilled people: the photographer down the road, the mehendi artist your cousin swears by, the tutor who makes maths simple. Most of them are found only by word of mouth. Artistkar gives every one of them a video portfolio, a fair way to get hired and a safe way to get paid.
Started in Jaipur, built for Bharat.
Artistkar is made by Cockatwo Private Limited, a small team in Jaipur. We started with a simple question: why is it so hard to find a good local artist you can trust? So we built one app where you can watch their work, talk to them, agree on a price and pay safely, all in the language you speak every day: English, Hindi or Hinglish.
For artists it is free to join and list. They keep control of their prices, their schedule and how far they travel.
Four things we don't compromise on.
Work speaks first
Every artist shows real videos of their own work. You judge the skill, not a stock photo or a star rating alone.
Direct, fair deals
You and the artist talk and bargain directly in an OfferNote. No middleman takes the conversation away from you.
Trust built in
Aadhaar via DigiLocker, video KYC, checked certificates, safe payments and a private number for every call.
Local by design
We show the people who can actually reach you, in your city, at your door, at their store or online.
